Bittersweet Guinness Cupcakes

WOW, all I can say is, I am really starting a blog.....Last weekend Aug 14th I baked my birthday cake...well really cupcakes yet again, but its ok because I love to bake...(a co worker made me cupcakes too since she missed my birthday celebration, thanks KL).  I have been craving a cupcake I had when in GA in May at Miss Mamie's http://www.missmamiescupcakes.com/, it was a Guinness cupcake with cream cheese frosting.  I started looking for recipes and with the help of raleys.com I found the recipe I fell in love with. I will make then again, and I am still craving them.
